The taskbar clock is limited to three clocks (the two world clocks and the local clock). Unless I'm not understanding what you are asking, the Game Bar has a clock, press windows key + G to pull it up. No for sadly Microsoft removed it from windows 10 its available in windows vista and windows 7 and i think windows 8.1. I'm not a big fan of widgets (including Windows) But here's a list from a site I trust.
