65 posts 路 Joined 2013. #1 路 Mar 28, 2017. Hi all. My front passenger door is deadlocked shut and I cannot open it from the inside or outside. The key fob operates the latch inside the car and I can hear the door unlocking / locking when pressing the fob but no luck when opening. I have tried all sorts while pressing the button but no luck.
Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins and see if it resets. make sure you have the radio code and read how to rest the 'leccy windows. Mondeo Vignale estate in deep impact blue 2.0 petrol. Problem is with my dads mondeo estate (58 reg) in that the boot wont stay shut, this has only started to happen since the snow, so my first thought was that some moisture has gotten somewhere, but would like someone elses opinion on the issue, so a quick run down of the issue, unlock the car, boot stays shut for about a minute then unlocks
mcbane12. 1 post 路 Joined 2012. #5 路 Jul 28, 2012. Hi, I had the same issue with my alarm going off randomly. I took it to the dealer in plymouth and 拢400 later the problem appears to be fixed. According to ford, the rear left passenger door lock was faulty and had to be replaced. J. jb66. 3 posts 路 Joined 2011.
